SID screens
| Door Settings |
The Door Settings window is used for:
- Assigning a name to a door
- Selecting whether there are readers on both sides of the door (when controling entry and exit) or exit is free (using request-to-exit button)
- Selecting the mode of identification: card and PIN, card or PIN, free passage
- Changing the mode of identification automatically based on time of the day
- Configuring how long the door should stay unlocked after a valid credential has been presented
- Selecting the IP address of the reader or controller to which the electrical door hardware is connected
| User Management |
The User Management window is used for:
- Entering user information: name, department, title and photo
- Selecting areas of the building that users are allowed to access
- Issuing ID cards and/or PINs
| Time Schedule Configuration |
The Time Schedule Configuration window is used for:
- Creating and managing time schedules
- Time schedules allow to control when users are permitted to access certain doors and what type of identification are required (only card, card or PIN, card and PIN, no identification required, or access completely forbidden)
| Access Level Configuration |
The Access Level Configuration window is used for:
- Creating and managing access levels
- Access levels define the time intervals during which selected doors pay be opened
| Live Event Monitoring |
The Live Event Monitoring window is used for:
- Displaying alarms to an operator or a security guard
- Controlling system devices from PC: unlocking doors, changing identification mode
| Report Configuration |
The Report Configuration window is used for:
- Selecting report type: events, users, device settings, access levels and time & attendance.
- Selecting database fields to be included in the report
- Setting report filters such as time intervals, event types, user groups, etc.
- Setting the format for report data: PDF or Excel
| Program Settings |
The Settings window is used for:
- Configuring operator passwords
- Configuring backup rules and schedule
- Changing program interface language
- Selecting card and keypad data formats
